What Soul Particles is
We help you see what’s really holding you back from work and a calling that fit who you are now, and from a life that feels like yours. We do it by getting to the root causes, which usually sit deeper than they look, and helping you clear them.
Who it’s for
It’s for you if you want work that fits who you are now, and results that match your effort.

These moments often come after years of building a career, a business or a family. That’s when your inner voice gets louder. You don’t have to quit or start over to listen to it.
We’ve worked a lot, one-on-one and in groups, with entrepreneurs, leaders at every level (from the C-suite to team leads), solo creators and people who work for themselves. They’re the people we understand best, but what we build isn’t only for them.
Our mission and guiding principles
Think of a seed. It already holds the tree it’s meant to become, and its whole life is about growing into it. Plant it in the wrong spot or block its light, and it grows crooked or stops growing.
We believe you’re the same. You have a path and a potential of your own to grow into, and your task is to sense that path and grow into it. When something hard comes up, we look inside first: what in me is creating this, and what in me is being called to change?
That’s why we look at hard stretches differently. They’re not easy, but they often show you what’s ready to change next.
We also believe you’re capable of far more than you think while you’re caught up in the daily rush.
That’s our mission: helping you see what’s really in your way, clear it in the right order, and move toward the work and calling that feel like yours, one step at a time, without blowing up the life you’ve built. We draw on self-discovery methods and schools of thought that have stood the test of time.
Team
Farhad Niyoz
Co-founder, creator of the Calling Clarity Assessment
Farhad has spent 20+ years building and running companies, has mentored 100+ founders and leaders one-on-one and in groups, and has put 5,000+ hours into his own inner work. A few years ago, a near-death experience made one thing very clear to him: a good life is made of meaningful work and good relationships. Since then, his life’s mission has been helping people find their purpose at work, what he calls their heart path. He built the method behind Soul Particles in his 16-hour live program “Heart Path at Work.”
Outside Soul Particles, Farhad leads a men’s group. With Signe and Gatis, he also organizes the Closeness Festival (Tuvums) in Latvia, where hundreds of people come together to get to know themselves better and enjoy life in a conscious setting. It started in his 40s, when he went back to his childhood hobby, music and DJing. One thing led to another, and he co-founded the festival. Working on the festival together then gave him, Signe and Gatis the idea for Soul Particles. Following what he loved as a child led him to his heart path at work, not just to more joy.
Signe Robinson
Co-founder, host of the Soul Particles podcast
After years in investment advisory, Signe founded a marketplace for retreats and wellbeing practitioners in Latvia. She’s a mother of two and has always been drawn to the mystical, intuitive side of life. She went through the Heart Path at Work program herself, and now talks with practitioners on the Soul Particles podcast. She co-organizes the Closeness Festival too.
Gatis Zvejnieks
Co-founder, CTO
Gatis is a self-taught engineer who has built augmented and virtual reality products since 2011 as co-founder and CTO of Overly. He also started the first AR/VR hackathon in the Baltics. He’s deep into self-development himself, which is why he’s backed Soul Particles as a co-founder from day one. When he’s not building, he’s renovating and expanding his family farm. He loves being in nature. He co-organizes the Closeness Festival too.

Designer
Una has been into self-development all her life, and our values are her own. She shapes how Soul Particles looks and feels: every page, screen and report you see passes through her hands.
